Very primitive, about 15-20 acres in open land with hookups. No other adminities, no wifi or cable. But view in the distance is beautiful and very quiet. It is a good place to be off the grid. A 30amp travel trailer $30 per night.
We've camped here everytime we go to Enchanted Rock. Decent bathroom and shower. Plenty of space to camp and no reservations. I recommend staying in the back of the ranch to avoid getting disturbed by campers coming in late.
Beautiful location, close to Enchanted Rock. Beautiful trees and well maintained grounds offer a variety of camping options. A few small ponds on the property. Hot showers, toilets...though would like to see doors in front of the toilets vs. a shower curtain. Nice couple at entry, simple check in process, camp wherever you like if you don't require hook-ups. Proximity to Llano, Fredricksburg and Enchanted Rock are a plus. As was dark sky...we had horizon to horizon Milky Way views, shooting stars, etc.
There's a friendly black dog that welcomes you at the bathhouse and come betting for food at your campsite.
Fire pits. Great sites. Amazing views of the stars. Laid back owners.
Peaceful, friendly, not ridiculously expensive or picky. They take care of the park.
