I've called multiple times and nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back.
The lady at the llano Drivers license office was very mean and rude. She did not want to help us out at all. As a lady came in she was so nice to them, but not to us. When we asked her for her name to call for more information she barely gave it to us. She told us to call her supervisor who would never answer the phone. The lady's name was Jessica who worked at the llano drivers license office. This lady needs to be fired because this is not how you treat people.
I hate this place! I have tried to get in here 4 times now and they are always closed on the 2 days they are opened. Worst nightmare. Been trying for 4 weeks now. Now my license and registration is expiring. Such a nightmare! Oh and the lady that works there is such a miserable person. She was in the worst mood. Tried to be friendly but she was just miserable and rude.
