The room was large and clean. Not frills, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. Nice and quiet. Would recommend.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Price was a little high for the age of the place. Very comfortable beds. The shower however was not good at all. The shower head itself was made for a 4 foot tall person and the water barely got warm.
A.c. works great on a 105 degree day. Looks like recent updating is going on. They have a pool and the rates were reasonable. Free continental breakfast included and they allow pets for 10.00. However they are a little short on grassy areas for them.
An out of the place motel with an awesome pool. I loved the drive from Kerrville. Owers were friendly. Quiet. Restaurant nearby. Tourists enjoying shops.
