The kid at the register was very young and was maybe new... he barely acknowledged me, and somehow, my combo came out to almost $10 even though it was listed as $6.59. I was too tired to ask why. Burger was warm-ish and not that good.

Food was cold. Fries were burnt and NOT fresh. Steak fingers were COLD. Waited, pulled up in drive thru for 10 minutes for food not to be fresh, I don't understand why. When they asked me to pull up, I requested ranch and ketchup in the bag, employee didn't say anything about charging for ranch. Had to go back in for it, only to be charged .50 for ranch. I have no problem paying that, but would have liked to be told about it before I made 3 trips back and forth to my vehicle after going thru DRIVE THRU!
Good small town atmosphere. Showed that they supported the youth sports.

Walked out after a sarcastic and unprofessional ordering experience with Cat. She didn't want to have to explain the special, or answer questions about her menu to my kids. I told her we were leaving because we did not appreciate her being rude, so she wanted to argue that she was not rude. I will never waste time at this DQ again, and you would do better eating anywhere else in town but here.
